Chad was absolutely fantastic, communicated well, and was very patient with my double-checking everything. We had a bad experience with a different lender at a bank to mortgage our home purchase and after losing a good interest rate due to that lender's negligence, we went to Chad. He was forthright and I feel like he was very honest with us about what was going on throughout the entire process, something the bank lender did not do. I highly recommend working with Chad on your home mortgage needs.

Chad Cole has been so helpful to me and my family during both our initial sale and then again during our refinance. He has tracked the market and reached out when a refi was smart and he has been supportive, informative, knowledgeable, hard working and fun during a process that could otherwise be very stressful. Financial things are always a bit out of my element and Chad was supportive in a way that was empowering and non-judgmental about my lack of knowledge. I would highly recommend Chad for anyone embarking on the mortgage process, you will for sure be in good hands!

Chad Cole with Montana Professional Mortgage was amazing to work with to get a refinance on a mortgage. He made everything as easy as possible and went the extra mile to make sure we got the lowest interest rates available. During the process Chad found lower interest rates and even though it ment redoing a lot of the paperwork, Chad did the extra work to get us the lower interest rate loan. He is clear on what is needed for a loan and makes everything as easy as possible. I would go through him again for a loan and I highly recommend Chad at Montana Professional Mortgage.

Why work with a bank who does mortgages on the side, when you can work with someone whose entire business is home loans? Highly recommend Chad for home purchase or refinance and would absolutely work with him again!

I just bought my first house and i went through Montana Professional Mortgage for my loan. Chad Cole is the one that helped me through the whole process and made it super easy. The seller put a bunch of stipulations that isn’t super normal that rushed the process, Chad and his team worked hard and what seemed long hours to get everything pushed through and worked out. Chad got me a phenomenal interest rate and even told me at the end of the he would call me whenever the rates drop to let me know when a good time to refinance would be. With how personable and caring Chad was he’s got a client for life. Whenever the time comes for my next house i will definitely be calling Chad first.

Chad helped me purchase my first home in Missoula in 2020. He set the bar high for lenders to come. He explained things clearly, was professional and warm and we had a smooth process with no surprises. In 2025, I purchased a new home in the SF Bay area. I started out working with a national lender. They would not explain things clearly, I had to do much of my own research, they used points in an unusual way, they had loop holes for increasing closing costs and I felt taken advantage of by the whole process. I reached out to Chad knowing it was unlikely he would be able to help me with a loan in another state but being unsure where to turn for expertise, I gave him a call. Chad quickly called back and even though he could not accept my business, became my personal consultant out of the goodness of his heart. He validated my experience and then used his network to connect me with a fantastic lender in CA (Brandon Burnett). I am forever appreciative and will always choose local brokers here on out.
